Hey Everyone! Welcome to our Real Estate on Purpose blog, we are excited you are here. My name is Bailey and I grew up in Randolph Center, VT on a working dairy farm. I loved growing up on a farm and developed a strong love for animals and good dairy food! My husband, Calvin, also grew up on a farm, right next door! Talk about convenient :)

We fell in love and the rest is history (or current history since we are still living out our love story). We both attended the local Vermont Technical College studying architectural engineering and construction management. We have a passion for the building industry. When I became a mom, I decided to scale back my career and focus primarily on home life. But with my architectural interests and our desire to grow our personal investment portfolio, I thought I would give real estate a try! I have always LOVED old Vermont homes - And I love people! I figured a side gig in real estate would be a fun hobby, and it certainly has been and has grown into so much more. It is definitely more challenging than I expected initially. Buying and selling homes for people, their most treasured and valuable asset, carries a lot of weight. And I am honored to come along side my customers and clients to carry this weight.

You will see us pop on to share all sorts of real estate tips & tricks, home renovation projects (possibly some marital battles that result out of these projects), local VT real estate market information, and any and all things Vermont.
